On Christmas morning, my stepsister has everyone over (after the kids are done opening their presents) for a late breakfast. The sausage breakfast casserole is always awesome. I don't think this recipe is exact, but it looks pretty close: http://www.simplyrecipes.com/recipes/sausage_breakfast_casserole/

Turkey or chicken, maybe? We kinda don't really celebrate X-mas where I'm from.

DeleteKrumkake Norwegian rolled baked good very yummy. Great around Christmas.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely my dad's Angel Food candy. He can't microwave a hot dog, but he can create candy from scratch that takes 12 hours to complete. Go figure.

ReplyDeleteI normally get some chinese food on holidays. Also I do eat pumpkin nut roll for desert.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite Christmas dish recently has to be Pineapple Stuffing. It goes great with the ham and turkey. You need both meats when 24 people gather for Christmas each year.
